8th grade Poetry Recitation is due on Friday, September 2nd

  6th & 7th Grade Reading Students Students will be taking a quiz on Latin & Greek Roots every Friday.    A study guide will be sent home each Monday covering the roots learned the previous week. Students need to know the highlighted definitions of the roots and how to use certain derivations in sentences. ALSO:   All students need to bring a package of lined notecards to class.  Students will be creating about 300 notecards for the school year!

Upcoming 7th grade Pre-Algebra Test Next Tuesday, August 30th, your 7th grade scholar will be taking their first Pre-Algebra test. They received a study guide at the beginning of this week and have been practicing problems all week. Students should complete the practice problems located on the back of the study guide and review the definitions and formulas on the front in preparation for this test.

  8th grade scholars are in the last tales of their first novel titled: King Arthur: The Tales from the Round Table . *All students should be reading nightly. *All students received a Study Guide on Thursday, August 25th. *Students will have their first test on Thursday, Sept. 1st
